We are expanding three essential full-time support roles across our facility. Whether you want to gain hands-on mechanical experience, manage shop inventory, or coordinate vehicle logistics in our yard, we have an entry point designed for your career goals!
1. Commercial Fleet Maintenance Assistant
Work directly alongside experienced diesel mechanics! As a Fleet Maintenance Assistant, you are the right-hand support on the shop floor. You will learn the fundamentals of heavy-duty engine care, preventative maintenance, and fluid servicing.
You will perform routine oil drains, filter changes (fuel, air, cabin, oil), check engine coolant levels, replace wiper blades, inspect battery voltage, and perform multi-point walk-around safety checks on commercial fleet trucks.
Key Responsibilities for Maintenance Assistants:
- Assist technicians with oil flushes, filter swaps, and fluid top-offs on diesel engines.
- Perform safety inspections (lights, air brake pressure, fluid leaks, belts).
- Clean service bays, stage specialized pneumatic tools, and maintain shop equipment.
- Document basic inspection results and report worn mechanical components to senior mechanics.
2. Auto Parts & Shop Inventory Helper
Keep our diesel parts warehouse clean, organized, and stocked! High-performance repairs require having the right engine part ready at the exact moment a technician needs it.
In this role, you will unload freight shipments, verify part numbers against shipping manifests, stock shelves with turbochargers, fuel injectors, sensors, and gaskets, and stage parts orders for daily repair jobs.
Key Responsibilities for Inventory Helpers:
- Receive, unpack, inspect, and log incoming shipments of automotive and diesel replacement parts.
- Keep parts shelves, bins, and storage racks labeled, organized, and clean.
- Deliver required replacement parts directly to shop technicians to eliminate repair downtime.
- Perform regular stock counts and report low inventory levels to the warehouse manager.

3. Vehicle Prep & Service Yard Attendant
Take charge of yard logistics and vehicle staging! Our service facility hosts dozens of incoming trucks, commercial vans, and customer vehicles daily. The Yard Attendant ensures every vehicle is safely positioned where it needs to be.
You will manage physical yard flow, move vehicles into wash bays or service stalls, conduct preliminary walk-around checks, and prepare vehicles for customer pickup or transport.
Key Responsibilities for Yard Attendants:
- Drive and position passenger cars, light trucks, and commercial vans safely around the service yard.
- Stage incoming vehicles outside designated service bays for technicians.
- Maintain yard cleanliness, keep driving lanes clear, and enforce yard safety lines.
- Verify vehicle identification numbers (VINs) and tag keys upon customer arrival.

Qualifications We Look For Across All Roles
While specific daily tasks vary by position, here are the general qualities that make candidates successful in our support operations crew:
- Reliability & Punctuality: Arriving on time ready to collaborate with team members during daily shifts.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably during your shift.
- Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required (especially for Yard Attendants and Maintenance Assistants).
- Attention to Detail: Careful handling of parts numbers, fluid specifications, and safety guidelines.
- Positive Team Mindset: Respectful communication and willingness to support shop crew members.
