We are looking for a enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-driven Automobile Car Washer & Detail Specialist to join our team full-time. If you enjoy hands-on work, love working with cars, and want a steady full-time job where your hard work is genuinely appreciated, this role is made for you!
Mastering Exterior Washing & Paint Care
As our Car Washer & Detail Specialist, your day starts with giving vehicles a complete exterior transformation. You won’t just be throwing water on a car—you will be learning and applying professional cleaning methods that preserve paint and remove road grime safely.
You will work with high-quality foam cannons, pressure washers, soft-bristle brushes, and premium wash soaps. From washing off tough mud to scrubbing fender wells and cleaning rims until they look brand new, your work sets the standard for how our vehicles look on the road.
Deep Interior Cleaning & Restoration
A great detailer knows that true quality lies on the inside. You will spend time restoring vehicle interiors so that drivers step into a clean, fresh, and spotless cabin every time.
Your responsibilities include vacuuming deep into carpet fibers, removing dirt from seat crevices, wiping down vinyl and leather surfaces, and cleaning glass until it is completely streak-free. You will take charge of removing dust from dashboard vents, conditioning surfaces to protect against sun damage, and eliminating lingering odors.
No Experience? We Are Ready to Train You!
You do not need 10 years of professional auto detailing experience to apply for this role. What matters most to us is your attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail. If you are willing to learn, take instructions well, and put in honest work, our senior crew members will teach you everything you need to know!
Quality Inspections & Daily Workflow
At HD Diesel Supply, quality is our top priority. Before any finished car is handed back to a customer or parked in the lot, you will perform a final walk-around inspection.
Did you miss a smudge on the rear window? Is there water dripping from the side mirrors? Are the tires dressed and shining? You will learn to catch these tiny details before anyone else does. This step builds your eye for perfection and makes you an irreplaceable asset to our team.
Working Safely in a Supportive Team Environment
You won’t be working alone. You will be part of a friendly, respectful shop crew where team members help each other out during peak hours. We believe in creating a safe workplace where everyone looks out for one another.
We provide all the necessary protective equipment, cleaning supplies, tools, and clear safety protocols. You will learn proper handling of cleaning solutions, safe pressure washer techniques, and how to maneuver vehicles safely around our service bays.
Daily Key Responsibilities
To give you a clear picture of what your daily routine will look like, here is what you can expect on a typical day:
- Perform Complete Exterior Washes: Pre-rinse, foam, hand-wash, and dry passenger cars, SUVs, and light trucks.
- Perform Complete Interior Cleaning: Vacuum carpets, wipe down dashboards, clean door jambs, sanitize surfaces, and clean interior glass.
- Tire & Rim Care: Scrub brake dust off wheels, wash tires, and apply tire shine dressings.
- Vehicle Prep: Move vehicles safely into wash bays and park them neatly in designated staging areas.
- Shop Maintenance: Keep wash bays clean, drain water hoses properly, organize microfiber towels, and keep cleaning chemicals safely stored.
Job Requirements & Qualifications

- Strong Work Ethic: Dependable, punctual, and ready to put in a full day’s hard work.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs comfortably throughout your shift.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required so you can safely move vehicles around our shop yard.
- Positive Attitude: A friendly mindset, willing to take direction and work well with teammates.
- No Experience Needed: Previous car wash or detailing experience is a bonus, but not required!
