Core Return Customer Checklist

The following outlines specifications on cores, we recommend you print this document as a guided checklist

INJECTORS:

  • All associated parts must be included with returned injector(s)
  • Must include undamaged plug/connector
  • Solenoid/harness must be undamaged
  • Injector tip must be intact
  • No dismantled unit(s)
  • No fire damaged units/parts
  • No heavy rust

PUMPS:

  • All associated parts must be included with returned pump(s)
  • Pump shaft must be undamaged
  • Pump must fully rotate 360 degrees
  • All mounting points must be intact
  • Connectors/solenoids must be undamaged
  • CP3’s must have all freeze plugs inside them
  • CP3’s must have undamaged FCA
  • No dismantled unit(s)
  • No fire damaged units/parts
  • No heavy rust

MODULES:

  • Modules must be completely intact with hardware included
  • Plugs and pins must be undamaged
  • No broken housing/covers
  • No fire damaged unit(s)
  • No water damaged unit(s)

TURBOS:

  • All associated parts must be included with returned turbo(s)
  • Turbos must easily spin 360 degrees
  • Vane controller/actuator must be present and undamaged on vgt turbo
  • Both internal and external housings must be undamaged
  • No broken shafts
  • No excessive shaft play
